The Easton Group is comprised of three companies built over four decades: Easton & Associates, Easton & Associates Management Company and Easton Development Company.

A family-run business with a reputation for integrity and adding value to real estate, The Easton Group has a long history of market leadership in South Florida with particular expertise in Miami Dade and Broward counties. Markets of experience outside of Florida include Texas, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Alabama and Colorado. Today, our portfolio includes more than three million square feet of industrial, office and retail space.

His plan was to work harder, think bigger and build an unshakeable foundation of trust with every new client. His company soon became the leading brokerage, management and development firm in the region.

In 1987, son Edward J. Easton joined the firm and, with his father, began forging enduring strategic relationships with many of our Fortune 500 tenants and some of the largest real estate investors in the market.

Today, even as The Easton Group expands its reach, the Easton name remains synonymous with the highest level of service, success and integrity. That’s because our entire team honors and embraces the core values upon which The Easton Group was founded.

Mr. Easton was appointed to the Board of the U.S. National Parks Foundation by U.S. Secretary of the Interior, Dirk Kempthorne, and served a six-year term.

The Easton Group’s strong commitment to community service begins at the top, as founder Edward W. Easton has built a lifelong legacy of giving back at the local and national levels.

A noted philanthropist, public servant and community leader, Mr. Easton has proudly served his state and his country in many leadership capacities over the years. Of particular note were his appointments to the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts by then-President George W. Bush, and the Miami-Dade Schools System’s Land Acquisition and Facilities Maintenance Operations Advisory Board as Chairman by then-Governor Jeb Bush.

Our founder’s high personal standards inspire each member of The Easton Group to serve our community with the same energy and enthusiasm as we serve our clients.

Every year our employees participate in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Toy program at Christmas and the Apple Tree Back Pack program during back-to-school. Their charitable commitments in support of the children of our community continues a philosophy and legacy of giving and service to others.
